Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This painting is good medicine for transforming stagnation, lethargy or depression into joy, forward movement and self expression. I painted it right after I got home from Radical Ritual themed Burning Man, 2017. The canvas is infused with the energy of all the joyful dancing I did on the playa and the colors of the intricate LED sculptures that really changed the way I see the world. "Electric" is meant to inspire seeing life as a celebration, seizing the day and doing what we can to enjoy ourselves for this beautiful time we have to be alive on Earth.
I have never seen artmaking as a choice, but rather as a necessary and obvious part of living. What I am creating is always changing, but my commitment to creativity is an inevitable constant. The way I see it, the process of artmaking helps to integrate the endless information coming into the brain with the already present and always working imagination. It helps to process past experiences and vision future ones, all the while giving my mind, body and spirit a pathway to actually BE in the present moment of creation. As I paint, I notice my breathing slows down. I enter a zone of concentration that last hours longer than I can concentrate on any other activity. Even though my left arm is doing most of the work and I am often for hours...
